"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"It was a good place for us to stay, as we toured around Gothenburg. Good size small fridge, with a freezer, hair dryer in the bathroom, and a washer. We did not use the washer but it's there if you need it. The dishwasher functioned very well. The one thing to be prepared for, is that the loft ceiling is very, very low. I am a few inches over 6 ft, and in order to get to my side of the bed I had to be bent over in half. But it doesn't matter when you're sleeping, just be aware that when you get...

"The room was clean, but had a very bad odor in it. The bed though, was extremely comfortable and that definitely was a plus for us. The breakfast was fine, with enough things to choose from. The light in the bathroom was flickering the whole time, so that was also somehow annoying. All in all, I think we would only stay here again if the prices were more appropriate to what you get and if we were offered another room (that hopefully didn't smell bad)."

We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. "Our stay at the Hyatt Place Gothenburg Central was very pleasant. The female receptionist at check-in was excellent, providing plenty of helpful local recommendations. ​The room was comfortable, and both the bed and pillows ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a really good selection with plenty of choice. ​A clean, efficient hotel with great service. We would certainly stay here again."

"Från första stund kändes allt väldigt välkomnande. Med tydliga och vänliga instruktioner tog vi oss in och möttes av ett charmigt boende. Rummet var högst upp, rent och snyggt. Sköna sängar, frasiga lakan och det fanns en golvfläkt ifall vi skulle behöva den. Frukostbuffén var fantastisk och innehöll allt. Varmt, kallt, smmothies, overnight oats, färsk frukt, gluten- och laktosfritt. Mysiga ytor att sitta och äta vid. En fenomenal innergård som var som en oas med vackra möbler och växter....
