"Die Zimmer Einrichtung sehr schön moderner Look tolles Bett mit Klimareglung. Der außen Bereich wird im März vorbereitet mit einer Bar und Skulpturen Garten. Der Saal für das üppige Frühstücksangebot ist sehr elegant und das hilfsbereites Personal macht den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Es gibt auch am Eingang auf beiden Seiten eine kleinen Bereich wo Kaffee bestellt werden kann. Die Metro oder Straßenbahn bringt einen sofort überall hin. "My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. "Nice hotel, great location, didn’t find it noisey. Wouldn’t call it 4 stars though, I had to buy my own toothpaste. The hotel felt dated even though it’s apparently a relatively new hotel. However I would stay there again. Lidl and a good Irish bar across the road."

"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"Polite staff, clean room, kettle with coffee and tea - all great. Can’t really complain about anything except for the aircon that didn’t work. The room was scorching and it wasn’t even that warm outside. Mentioned it to staff but nothing seems to have been done about it. Upon checking out heard someone complaining of the same thing.
