Acom is a pleasant and clean hotel that is literally a block and a half from the Vienna main train station. The neighbour hood is clean and quiet and there are good dining options close by.

The toilet was used and not cleaned, and even left with urine! Terrible! I have never experienced such a filthy situation as a frequent traveler! The front desk people told me that they will report to the manager to compensate and refund but they never contacted me since. I strongly request for apology and refund!

This is a great hotel close to all transport methods into the centre. It is also walkable if you want to see all the main attractions on the way to the centre. The staff were friendly and polite. We were able to checkin early as our room was ready. On our check out day we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went sightseeing again.

Service was wonderful. Location is great, right near the station so easy to get around. Carpet in room was dirty, bathroom was not clean. No amenities in the room. Very basic for price.

It is a good hotel. But at the time of my visit (Nov 2024) it was being renovated. Lobby was closed and there was no breakfast at the hotel. I wanted to have friends visit me in the hotel but lobby was closed. Lack of breakfast on-site made it a little inconvenient but there are good options nearby if you are not in a hurry.

Srayed here only for a short period of time to catch a connecting train in the morning. However, it was a positive experience from the moment I checked in when I was upgraded unexpectedly. The room was great and even had a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. Took only a few minutes to walk to the train station and there are many restaturants and shops to catch a bite to eat, even in the early morning. Highly recommend.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great! Bedcover/comforter could be larger. It didn’t cover my husband from shoulders to feet. And he’s only 6’2. More pillows would be great. 1 pillow that flattens out when you put your head down is uncomfortable.
