"We did not stay long enough to use the amenities so I can’t speak to those. Our room seemed clean but I feel housekeeping didn’t look around enough as I found wrappers on the bathroom floor and water a bottle cap by the side of the bed, the room seemed clean otherwise. Had to pay for parking or use valet for free, I was not aware of the parking charge until check in. Underground parking all around the property was nice"

"I only booked it for a night for me and my girlfriend, the villa i choose was just perfect, big tub to fit 2 people, separate living room and kitchen."

"The hotel is AMAZING! You don’t even have to leave the property. They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! We went off season, but once it cools down, there will be skiing too! And most of all… the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Especially Christian! Thank you all so much! The only downside is if you’re traveling before winter of 2026, expect to see construction- but that was literally everywhere! Even on the roads. The Hyatt did a great job assigning rooms to guests on the other side of the hotel, so you barely even notice it. We REALLY appreciated that! Seriously, we could not be happier about choosing to stay there! "
