"The good: The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and it was a nice way to start the day. The not-so-good: The hotel is in a residential area, which means very few proper restaurants or eateries are within easy walking distance except for daytime street food vendors. The property itself felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained — some areas could really use a deep clean (dusty corners, worn fixtures in the room/common areas). It wasn’t dirty...

"Bed is not at all comfort and the bathroom is not clean and very kiddy. Bath tissues are completely damped and dried. Breakfast was not served appropriately and had to wait for 30 mins for the refill, whatever has been refilled is sufficient for 1 person when there are 3 people waiting for breakfast. Packaged Water is complimentary and not provided unless asked"
