"Good location. Extremely central. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean and tidy. The customer service at Adrez was super friendly. They should switch out that sofa bed though, it was very worn and needs a replacement, it was stainy and there was cigarette burns. But apart from that, I would come back here. Nice cosy italian restaurant in the back yard. "

"Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke beim rotierenden Kafka-Kopf - in der Nähe eines Einkaufszentrums sowie der Metro und einer zentralen Tramhaltestelle. Der ganze Online-Check-in ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und der Umstand, dass das Hotel keine Rezeption direkt im Hause hat (z.B. zur Deponierung von Gepäck) macht es etwas umständlicher - zumal der Check-Out auch bereits um 10:00 Uhr ist. "Die Kommunikation und Zusendung des Zimmercodes war eine Katastrophe! Man hatte mich scheinbar vergessen und ich musste per WhatsApp die Rezeption am anderen Ende der Stadt anschreiben. Erst erhielt ich nur den Zimmercode, wusste aber die Zimmer-Nummer nicht. Bis ich dies erfahren hatte, verging auch einige Zeit.
