"We enjoyed our stay in Ryokan Sansui. The view from our room is breath taking and the private bath is so relaxing. I also tried their public onsen and it was complete with amenities. Both me and my partner felt so pampered. The dinner and breakfast provided are delicious. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. "

"接待人員睡覺，按了很多次鈴聲，才醒來，讓我們等了很久。房間臭蟲真的很多，並不是不能接受大自然的蟲，但感覺老闆沒有想要處理。員工抽煙，旅館內都是煙味。室外溫泉水溫不夠，出去泡湯很冷，接待人員搞不清楚房間人數，我們到了以後才開始鋪床，用品也是少很多東西，是一間非常不推薦的旅館，我還看到有人直接不住了，逃離這個旅館。如果沒有旅館，建議住附近的飯店，也不要選這一家旅館"

"家族5人で宿泊しました。もともとカフェだったところが宿泊施設になったということで、リアルカフェ体験ができました。 小学生の姪は、日頃からカフェのスタッフごっこをして遊んでいますが、まさにここではリアルカフェ体験ができます。 観光には行かずに、お隣のスーパーツルヤで買い物をして、カフェ屋さん風に食事を設えました。コーヒーやジュースも姪がその都度作ってくれて、飲み放題でした。 いろいろなジャンルの雑誌も置いてあり、ゆったり気持ちよく過ごせました。 姪はまた来年も来たいと言っています。 "
