"Beautiful place on the river. Scenic views all around. The property itself was very nice.
Everything was clean, but there were a few cobwebs that had caught and lots of gnats several corners of the room. The place had been recently renovated but the tub faucet was really loose. However, the staff was wonderful, friendly, hard working and helpful while we were there for our stay.
We would gladly stay here again. "
"Older hotel, but very clean and the staff was always friendly! The pool and arcades were great for the kids! It was a short walk to the river and close to great places to eat! We will stay here again! "

"The Plaza Hotel is a unique opportunity to stay at a heritage hotel for a reasonable rate. I enjoyed the architectural and historical details throughout the hotel. Being downtown, parking was slightly inconvenient but hotel staff were very helpful in locating an alternative within easy walking distance. "
"Rooms and property were clean. The staff were accommodating and always readily available. One man saw we were sitting outside the rooms and brought down extra chairs so we would all be comfortable.
The website does need to be updated: there is no field with trampoline or picnic space, no continental breakfast available. The BBQs available to use were not clean so we avoided using them. Other than this it was a great weekend. "
"We always enjoy our stay. Staff are friendly. The shuttle from the airport is great. The rooms are updated and clean. Bed is comfortable. We always eat at the attached White Spot. "
"Hotel was very very clean and stocked well. The was microwave, refrigerator and even a toaster oven. Bed was comfortable and showed had good pressure with well stocked wall shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was new with a contemporary look. Pool was outdoor but no hot tub or breakfast offered. Only one elevator to go to second floor otherwise have to use stairs and all rooms are accessed from the outside. Overall this was a very good hotel to stay at"
