I find it so weird that a hotel must have TV but not shower gel : ]] If you don't have toothpaste and shower gel, at least write it in the hotel details. But "of course" then it only makes sense that you'll sell them on the side.
Note that the area is nice because it is almost rural but still only 15 minutes on foot from the tourist centre - but yes, it is in a too...
