"The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests. "Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n."
