"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"Lokasi yang strategis dekat Komtar Kamar bersih, cuma kebersihan sprei tempat tidur harus ditingkatkan. Dekat dengan Gamma supermarket dan China town....sekitar 8 sd 10 menit jalan kaki. Ada ruang bermain bersama...cuma dibatasi sd jam 12 malam......ada baiknya sd jam 1 malam atau lebih.....hiburan untuk tamu yang tidak bisa tidur. Ada refill minum yang bisa diambil setiap saat Security yang baik dengan akses kartu Pelayanan yang biasa saja.......tergantung front desk...

"We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest. And the entrance is a bit tricky. "Check-in and check-out was seamlessly fast and efficient. Room is clean. Overall property is clean and very good service staff in the entire property in particular Dhur and Joe. They are so helpful and extend the extra miles to even check for us luggage storage at the airport and at Queensbay Mall"
