"Bed not comfy. Pillow too high. Big Bedroom on 3rd flr, one section (nearer the entrance bed) can't feel the aircon draft and warm even with fan.
Staff service is superb. Very assuring and attentive. Very nice villa and awesome view of sea."

"It was a really nice stay exactly as we hoped for! The location on the beach was beautiful and the villa had all the comforts of home. Was conveniently located within short car ride to Georgetown. Also the bag of ice in the freezer for drinks was a nice touch!"

"I had a really bad experience with this homestay. I booked a room and received no confirmation or reply at all. After waiting, I decided to message them—only then did the host finally respond and casually told me the room was not available, and asked me to apply for a refund myself. No apology, no help.
I tried contacting the agent and was told to just “wait” with no clear update. It’s been days now. I’ve checked my mailbox and refund status—nothing. The communication is incredibly slow, and...
