"Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, including those staff at the morning breakfast area. The room looked well maintained with a clean shower area. But there was a leak below the wash basin which the front desk got it rectified quickly. However, the air conditioner unit was not functioning well - it did not cool the room consistently at the set temperature; temperature fluctuated between cooling and not cooling. So it did affect our sleep to some extend.
A decent breakfast was...

"1) communication breakdown - message was not attended after paying the deposit until checking out
2) property pictures is not as advertised on app! Misleading.
