"We were very happy with our room. It was spotless and very clean! There is a washer in the suite. We were hapoy to be able to clean our clothes before packing for our next destination. The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing. The instructions provided were good only for people driving in. "we stayed there because it is very near the jetty for our trip to the sky mirror ( 5 mins. walk) It is clean, restaurants and convenience stores are around the area. Also across the road from Bukit Malawati which we visited. Don't expect extra comfort and luxury for the price, but clean safe and convenience. And the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Please note that It has no elevator/lift for those who cannot climb stairs."
