When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to Hotels.com, this has nothing to do with me."
