"1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. "

"On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. Other than that,not much issues,room and toilet is small but i took the standard room and for the price,there is no complaints.There is only one coffee shop...

"Very good excellent. From room service to the kitchen every one was brilliant and the service given was unbelievable it was like personal service. Chef Arif what a chef. Always eveready for any help and explanation on every recipe on the table. Lounge supervisor Hana what a person was always available for any help. At the front desk mr Mohammad what a gentleman help us in every way and also his colleague mr shafiek what a gentleman. All this people named and also some of them which I don’t know their names were excellent. All of them went way beyond their way to give us an excellent stay. If I can give 100 stars that will still not enough. Loved it."
