"Room was located at the back of the hotel, so we were disturbed by early morning deliveries. The blind had several crushed insects splattered on it, could do with a thorough cleaning. Milk jug for breakfast cereal was consistently empty and it took a while for tables to be cleared."

"Well, we stayed one night for take that at hampden - the room was adequate for one night. You get what you pay for (£55) per night but if honest - the room could do with a good deep clean."

"Parking was an expensive nightmare as it was ticketed on adjoining council property. The hotel should reserve space for guests. Also, some meters state they accept cards, but do not work. Very disappointing part of an otherwise pleasant stay. Also, tissues should have been supplied in the room,"

However if you're a contractor just looking for a bed for the night and want a pint in the pub with a curry across the road or your with someone else's wife , a hot shower this place scores 10/10. . "The appartement itself was well appointed and very comfortable, but our experience was negatively affected by an incident in the parking area. We were approached by a male individual who we could not identify as either a guest or a member of management. He berated us for how we had parked, speaking in a rude and intimidating manner. Had there been an issue with our parking, a polite explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, the interaction left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As...

"It felt wonderful to be able to come back to this hotel at the end of a long day. The staff and management really go all out to make guests feel at home. The rooms have very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms! Meals are also very nice - and again, it was so comforting not to have to go out again at the end of the day. "Conveniently placed right off of the highway and near restaurants. The restaurant on site has a diverse menu. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. The beds and pillows remind me of the Mariott!"
