Comfortable room with easy check-in and check-out process. A great place to get some rest while traveling between the many sites to visit in Utah!

Great place for stargazing

The place is 30min far from Page with driving, and there is no restaurant, shop nor gas station around there. You need to buy foods in somewhere else before you get here. My room had small kitchen, with fridge and microwave oven. However, I had amazing view of the sky in the night. I had precious experience there. 周りには何もありませんが，野原がひたすら広がる素晴らしい景色．そして周囲は真っ暗で星を見るには最高の場所です． 食事は別途考える必要がありますが．キッチンには冷蔵庫，電子レンジ完備で食事には困りませんでした．

This bed and breakfast was located on a dirt road we almost missed from the highway. It was settled in what looked like a junk yard with a bunch of abandoned cars. The second level of the inside was also cluttered and disorganized. The room we stayed in did not have bath towels, only hand towels. The person who greeted us left immediately after showing us our room and did not reappear in the downstairs area. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It smelled of urine, and there was an ample amount of it dried and streaked all along the outside of the toilet. The bathtub had a small puddle of stagnant, dirty water still in it, and the floor was covered in dirt. There was a mini refrigerator in the room, which contained expired drinks. It was all around a disgusting room. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Casa Pulita e ben arredata

Per visitare Page gli Hotel erano pieni, quindi rimanevano i Resort più costosi. Questa era l'unica soluzione rimanente. Nel complesso è stato positivo anche se molto costosa per essere una casa. La camera era bella e pulita. In 20 minuti siete a Page. La Tv non funzionava. Il parcheggio esterno andrebbe riordinato, ci sono ferraglie e gomme di auto sparse. La consiglio come soluzione in caso non troviate altro a un prezzo ragionevole.

Wonderful lodging in Lake Powell area

Lake Powell Manor is a lovely place to stay, and our hosts were wonderful. Highly recommended.

This is NOT a hotel or B&B... it's a twin kid's bed in a kid's styled (Mario Brother's Themed) bedroom. No TV, No hot Water (I tried for quite a while & gave up), old furnishings that were worn and cracked children's fake wood chests and night stand. The picture shown is probably another room... however - when I arrived I was met with confusion from the lady checking me into her house and she commented that Expedia did not notify her prior to me having them call to confirm checking in after 9:00... plus this house was 39-40 minutes away from anything near Page AZ or Lake Powell... it's in Big Water Utah.... Not even Kanab Utah, which is also misleading to its closeness to Lake Powell. Very dissatisfying experience and even though she reduced the cost from the listed 140 to 110... it was a long night without much more than a bed to lay on. Please update site with that it's a house to share a kid's bed room with in the middle of nowhere Utah. bring your own hot water & food & DVDs & working GPS to get out of there ASAP.

Not like other B&B I've been in before. Owners need to reorganize a bit. Room was actually comfortable and clean outdated but clean. Hostess/owner was very nice. The views very amazing. A bit spendy for just a room.

Great Alternative to Staying in Page

Jeanise and Vonn were very welcoming and kind, and their home was incredible. They offered use of their kitchen and movie selection, which was unexpected. The room we stayed in was larger than most hotel rooms and featured a clean, modern bathroom. Each room has an individual air conditioning unit, which I didn't expect in a home. The pricing seemed fair to us, especially compared with rates in Page, which is only a 20-minute drive away. Overall, we had a great stay.
