"Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes. "Beautiful spacious place. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom wasn't working (remote) but the manager provided us with a fan and even suggested to take the hall fans (which we did) and that was helpful. Excellent service. Will definitely come back again"

"We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in the scierie suite. The studio was clean and cool when we got there (summer stay, 26° outside). It’s a very nice looking place, and had everything we needed (fridge, toaster, coffee machine, etc). Location is perfect, with lots of commodities nearby. The only 2 things that need improvement: spa maintenance (water smelled bad) and mattress firmness (there’s such a thing as too firm!) Otherwise, all good!"
