There is great air conditioning in the room that kept it cool. The owner is lovely. Breakfast is included in the stay and though not put out at a specific time the owner always checks if you would like breakfast or coffee. There was plenty of options at breakfast and service was great. The on site parking was a welcome change from other hotels in the area.
