"Pool was nice but was shaded by the building, so no chance of tanning"

"The staff were awesome! All of them. The place was very adequate, however the walls are badly banged up and very dirty, it’s in desperate need of painting that would definitely increase the overall experience. They provide basic kitchen facilities but nothing to allow to you clean anything, no dish soap, no sponge, no drying rack, no kitchen towels, absolutely nothing. Very unhealthy."

"The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. "The room was perfect, a good size, nice layout with a decent sized balcony to relax on in the mornings. The staff were always super helpful and there was somebody at reception 24/7. Would definitely stay here again."
