"I would avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons; - they “upgraded” our room which felt like a downgrade, we didn’t need more floor space. - they carried our suitcase by the wheel which broke it. - Rooms were tidy but not really clean, more like a serviced apartment where it depends on how the person before left it. - breakfast was very limited. - they forgot to charge Some positives; - one reception staff member was really nice - pool and gym were decent (indoor pool) - it was reasonably cheap, but so were lots of other options. Great location as tons of restaurants nearby (I went to Jaru for dinner which was right across from the hotel) Room very clean, shower was nice with enough water shower pressure. A very nice touch to have Apple TV available inside the room! Overall, a top gem and highly recommended hotel in Phnom Penh!"
