Cari Chalet di Kandalama

"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. Spider life is rampant so staff could pay more...

"Aara Wild near Sigiriya was the highlight of our whole Sri Lanka trip. From arrival, the warmth of the welcome set the tone – every member of staff, from housekeeping to guides to the kitchen team, was genuinely, unfailingly lovely. It’s rare to feel so looked after and so at ease at once. The activities were fantastic and varied: a sunset walk with incredible views, a relaxed afternoon tea, a chef’s dinner served poolside under the stars, and a hands-on cooking class. Each felt personal rather...

"Everything went wrong from that very start. I had no reservation booked in my name. I was offered a room, i was the only one there and felt uncomfortable. I went to check in the next day, but was told they were booked out. Then I was told that another booking was made at another hotel. And when I arrived the new hotel was not aware. Hotels.com was not very helpful. Still awaiting payment to be made I wa"

"Établissement tres soigné. Et tres bien reçu. Une piscine entretenue. Agréable comme étape pour visiter les sites à Dambulla et Sigiriya. Tres bon petit déjeuner Je conseille cet établissement"

"Nachts sehr laut und es viel auch mal der Strom aus. Was aber sehr schnell behoben wurde. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und überlächeln alles ."

"Hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. So relaxing and beautiful. Would recommend, the scenery is beautiful, staff go out of your way to help you. Food was wonderful"

"The room sizes and layout were different for same cost. We had two rooms one was much bigger, spacious and nicer compared to the other even though we paid similar price. Our room door lock didnt work. It took them more than an hour to fix it and it was very hard to open and close the dooreverytime. There was no room keeping no fresh towels were provided."

"Wir haben 2 Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden wir liebevoll und herzlich begrüßt. Dieses Gefühl ist während des Aufenthalts durchgehend beibehalten worden. Sowohl der herzliche und super leckere Kochkurs als auch das Organisieren einer super schönen Safari. Die Familie hat uns durchgehend wohlfühlen lassen und wir würden diese jedem Weiterempfehlen!"

"This property is so serene and peaceful, surrounded by lush greenery. You can see plenty of wild life from peacocks, iguanas to gecko’s, which we got to experience first hand. We were told that sometimes elephants venture and drink from the river further away from the property that can be seen from the rooms, we were unlucky not to see them The staff were all really friendly, kind and accommodating. Lovely, clean swimming pool. We came as a family of 5 to climb Sigiriya and en route to the East...
