"Booked a Double deluxe room. Very good hotel with clean room, linen and bathroom with comfortable bed. Very good view from the balcony. Excellent continental buffet breakfast with live omelette station and Sri Lankan style food variety. Everything from check in to check out was seamless. Not a great fan of the roof top bar. Not a good value for money considering the portion size. Highly recommend this place. from check in to checkout was very smooth "

"Fantastic service from the staff. Great room with million dollar views. Most comfortable bed I have slept in Sri Lanka. Beautiful rooftop with great infinity pool overlooking Kandy lake. Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped...

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Coffee Bungalow. The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly!
