"I gave them a 3 stars because they put us in a section where they put guests traveling with animals. My elderly mother got upset with the constant barking and asked to be moved which they did move us but in the process of my mother moving us (as I was in an all day conference and not there with her at the time) something of mine was left in the room and when I asked the front desk nothing was returned. "Couldn’t use the pool or hot tub. The weight room was very warm. The treadmill was loud and didn’t work right. The weight machine was broken by other guests and never fixed. The bike I could use but the screen was not working. It dirty in there. The outside and back doors were left open during the day and I didn’t feel safe. Any one could walk in who isn’t a guest there.
