Hotel Romantis di Cancun

"The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4...

"Great experience . Helpful and friendly staff, ambience, variety of food options (Italian, Indian fusion, Greek, and exotic cousins) from burgers, hotdogs, BBQ to most formal and in between. "The hotel is 35-40 minutes North from Cancun airport. It is within a complex of different hotels so you have to pass through two security gates, having the feel of being a very secure place. Since we got there, the service was excellent and the staff super friendly, from the lobby to the waiters at the beach, everybody was helpful at any issue that could come up. There was a day that I forgot my iPhone in one of the beach chairs and when realizing an hour after, they already picked up everything...
