"Our stay was a bit off here at STAYAPT. When we arrived communication was great and I was told where our check in box was which we did appreciate. However, when we gathered our belongings to head upstairs we discovered that the elevator was broken . This was an inconvenience because we had a lot of items and had to lug it all up the stairs.
