"Clean room and friendly staff"

"“Free Breakfast” consisted of cereal, waffle, yogurt and coffee, milk, and orange juice. I was disappointed with the breakfast! Everything else was great!!"

"This hotel is right across the street from Kaufman Stadium. We went to a LC Royals baseball game. Technically you could walk from the hotel to the stadium. The rooms are large and the beds so comfy. Nice large TV with plenty of channels. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely stay again. A 30 minute Uber ride to the airport."

"Could’ve been a little cleaner. Hairs in the shower and on the soap dispenser by the sink. Two towels had hairs embedded in them. There was what appeared to be oil dripping/running down the door from the door closer. Beds were nice and clean, breakfast was good. "

"We had a double queen room with sitting area Cons: key cards slide instead of tap, so don't have your hands full! Both beds were awful. One had an obvious (like 4-6") dip in it. The other felt like it was supposed to be firm but had no support so it was like laying on a cot. Most of the USB outlets were broken. "The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."

"Clean, comfortable, convenient. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Only downsides: 1. Walls and door to the rooms are pretty thin, so you can hear a fair amount of noise. 2. Unless you are going to stick to cereal and coffee, don't assume you will eat breakfast there."

"The hotel was an average stay overall. The location was okay—nothing particularly great but convenient enough for basic needs. The breakfast options were fairly limited and below average compared to similar hotels. One issue was that there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival, which was inconvenient and should have been checked beforehand. Overall, the stay was fine but nothing special. "We did not use the fitness center or pool. Property was clean. Room was very comfortable: perfect temperature, night light in bathroom, great TV, comfortable pillows, hot shower, quiet flushing toilet. Breakfast was great: pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt- good yogurt!, egg white omelet and chicken sausage (and regular). Very impressed with healthy options. Fresh brew coffee always available. The check in staff were patient and kind, especially impressive with the volume of activity."
