Each employee responded with a “thank you” or “you’re welcome” each and every time we had an interaction. The Loews Team truly made our stay more easy, thinking ahead as to how the flow of our visit could be enhanced or improved. Each staff was kind, respectful and diligent Impressive! The building architecture esp. the entry lobby is beautiful, awe inspiring. You will enjoy your stay."

"Overall stay was great, however out of all the hotels I have stayed at the security deposit takes a long time to get back to you. I still haven’t gotten mine and it has been almost 3 weeks. Mind you the deposit is almost equivalent cost to what I paid for the room"
