The customer service at the North Kansas City Location was the worse. The lady working on Thursday was super rude and respectful. I marriott properties and I use to love this property.

I love how clean it is in every way and the beds pillows very restful. Room is quiet and dark to be able to sleep in. Me and my family enjoy our stay. This is like our 5th stay at the Element!! And of course staff is very friendly and cares about our stay.

Excellent and friendly staff, easy access to Rte 29, close to the Rabbit Hole for children. It’s in an area of apartments and malls- you have to drive to get to downtown and not a beautiful building (come on architects- you can do better).

One tired couple among hundreds of cheerleaders
We've stayed at this hotel before and loved it. But last night we were one of only a few rooms occupied by travelers. The rest of the hotel was given over to a cheerleading competition. It was noisy, dirty, distracting. We had to switch rooms (staff was very nice) because it sounded like girls were practicing jumps, cheers and tumbles above our heads. We skipped breakfast; the lobby was mayhem. Why they wouldn't simply take the profit from all those cheerleaders and NOT rent the few remaning rooms, I just don't know.

We do understand that there are times we are aware of groups that book with us, unfortunately, in this case these rooms individually so the hotel was not informed of any groups that would be traveling together on this particular weekend. I do hate that we did not have some notice to prepare as we want hotel stays to be enjoyable for all of our guests. Hopefully we can exceed your expectations on a future stay!

Everything is 5-star
First, the hotel staff are amazing. Truly nice, helpful and professional. Free breakfast and coffee are far better than average. The workout room is great. We were so impressed.

Hotel is clean and newer in a newly developed area. Staff was awesome, always friendly. Room was clean with new furnishings. The kitchenette was nice. Big shower. Included breakfast was standard items. But hot foods such as eggs and meat were made to order which was nice. Close dining options that we tried were Old Chicago Pizza and Chicken and Pickle. Both had great food and draft beer selections.

Wonderful Christmas!
We stayed on Christmas Day and the staff was so cheery and wonderful! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and overall delightful! We would definitely stay here again!!

We are are so conveniently located to everything without being right in the city! North Kansas City it is a cute little town that has so many hidden little gems as well! :)
