I reserved a room and got in super late. By the time I arrived they had just given my room away to another customer. Fine print apparently said that if you aren’t going to be there by 6pm you need to call to hold the room. I got charged$179, and had to go to another hotel at 1:30am and paid double. If you ask me, this was horrible customer service, the manager even said that they over booked the hotel and did nothing to accommodate. They said I should receive a refund in2-10 days. This was a disappointing experience
