"The hotel is a bit older and I get that. A couple of things, the room I was put in didn't have a remote for the TV. I called and the gentlemen who answered wasn't able to help. There was a piece in the A/C unit that was missing. When I came back from dinner, the A/C Unit made a loud noise. I went to the front and showed the lady there a video I made and she upgraded me to a suite. I appreciated that, but the new room also had an A/C unit with loud noise. Not as loud as the first room, but loud enough I had to turn it off so the noise stopped. There was some mold in the bathroom. During breakfast he coffee machine only poured hot water. No coffee. Toaster wasn't plugged, and none of us could plug it because the plug was underneath the counter and it was covered. No staff member available. I don't think i've ever given a negative review, but this property definitely deserved it. I also have videos."
