I like the casino being right next door and restaurants and downtown Kansas City was close by.

The property is in very poor condition. Hotel carpet was filthy with dozens of stains & fraying.

The room was very old and the walls were very smoke-stained. As soon as I stepped into the room my allergies went crazy and didn’t stop until we left the hotel. Everything was old and dingy. Not worth the price we paid. The “breakfast buffet” was trash. Only eggs, bacon, and biscuits. You can get a better breakfast with more selection at a different hotel that has it included in the price. Do not pay the $15 bucks for this trash food. The whole trip was a waste of money. We didn’t even gamble at all due to the amount of smoke in the air. Zero stars!

I reserved a room for a night and 3 days early and they have already set it up to someone else when I got there and it was already reserved and paid of.

We found that everything was very pricey, unlike L.V. hotel casino hotels. The attitude from housekeeping and staff was unacceptable. We paid $225 for the room for two people, and the coffee pot didn't work. When we asked the front desk for a replacement, they informed us that "we have a coffee pot, even if it doesn't work, so the price wee paid included the coffee pot, working or not"...Was very disheartening. The girl behind the front desk then brought another used pot after telling us they didn't have one, but she was the only one trying to resolve the issue.

No remote, phone didnt work when I tried to call front desk. Lady was rude at front desk when I asked for a comp after having to get dressed, to take elevator and go to front desk at 11pm. Asked for a free upgrade when checking in. She said no problem. Never got an upgrade. Never got a comp for the issues. Went to get food by the casino and it was either crappy hamburger or hot dog stand or $99 steaks in the posh restaurant. Never again. NOT DC APPROVED

This is an old property that needs some TLC. The staff was nice. We asked for towels but didn’t receive any. We stayed here because we couldn’t get a room downtown. I’d much rather have been downtown.

We had a number of members of our business staying at the hotel and a number of them had negative experiences from check-in to check-out. It was surprising for a hotel under the Ceasar’s name. We won’t be staying at this property again.

The rooms smelled. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived they said they had a lot of people requesting rooms with 2 beds so they had to move us. They said they were upgrading us to a suite with a roll-away bed at no charge. We did not stay there to hang out in the room. Sleeping on a roll-away was not worth it.

Casino was fun! The room was clean, but seem like they could do some maintenance with paint, and some other things that looked a little rundown, especially in the Kansas City tower. All in all, we had a good time and won money.😉 none of the restaurants open before 11 AM so if you’re looking to wake up and have breakfast on the earlier side, there won’t be any options.

The room had been inadequately cleaned. There were dirty socks under bathroom counter from a previous occupant. Building is dayed and not terribly well maintained.

Nice rooms
We stayed in the newly renovated Las Vegas towers. Rooms were large, new looking, clean and quiet. Parking was convenient, but did not appreciate having to pay extra money for WIFI and parking security in an open lot. That was on top of room price and normal addons. The casino was very tight.

Overall not a bad stay after switching rooms. They are in the middle of remodeling the older tower and the pictures of the room didn’t accurately portray the room. After swapping to another room it was wonderful. I can’t recommend the lower rooms but the premium rooms were excellent
