"Good parking. My only complaint is last night there were at least 15 loud door closes on my floor after midnight. So I got no sleep until after that. The doors are way too loud when they close. "

"Close to where I needed to be, and they allow dogs at a reasonable price. Our room had been "updated" (carpet, paint, bathroom), but the focus was definitely on cost and not quality or detail. Comfortable bed, but the furniture was older and the chair was very dirty (stained). The bathroom floor was dirty, and the outlet cover by the sink was covered in texture and/or paint from the remodel. We were on the third floor on the south end of the building, so the one central elevator was out of the way. The closest stairwell and ground exit were filthy from construction traffic and debris. It would have been nice to see someone (staff or work crew) make some attempt to keep these areas cleaned daily, but nobody did. There were dozens (maybe hundreds) of cigarette butts on the ground just outside the south door, and one butt lived in the same place on the stairs for our entire 3-day stay. I made the same observation with a tissue in the main hallway for two days until I threw it away. The free breakfast was good and well-stocked. Staff was nice. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. In summary, a decent stay for the price, but the place would look a lot better if there was more effort put into daily upkeep of common areas and the exterior grounds."

"Asked for a 5am wake up call when we checked in, never received any calls. Luckily we woke up on time or my husband would have missed his very important medial visits early in the morning. Those medical visits were the only reason we were in Kansas city and stayed at your hotel. Makes me very reluctant to stay there for our next visit in 6 months."

"Great location! Clean room and nice selection of food for the free breakfast. Beds weren’t great and you can hear everything around..coughing next door, ice machine, walking upstairs, arguing in the hallway, etc. so it wasn’t the best night’s sleep. "
