"Tv remote didn’t work. I went and got 3 more to try and none worked. I called and they said they would send someone to fix. Never happened until the next day after I complained again.
Also no shower curtain. That took a half an hour.
Once I got a curtain there was water sloshing around between the original bath tub and the facade fiberglass tub they put over it in the remodel. Not only was it difficult and dangerous to shower in that mess, but there was water shooting out from under the facade tub that flooded the floor of the bathroom and smelled like horrible moldy sewer. I made them give me a new room, but of course they lied to me and said they didn’t have any rooms with 2 queens so we were stuck with one bed. I feel like this was a huge lie because there were maybe 15 cars in the entire parking lot and probably more than 200 units in the hotel. No more rooms with 2 queens?? Thoroughly disappointed with Baymont."
