We overall had a good stay! Unfortunately the pool was not open and we were not told that until after check in and paying. The shower in one room was very old and poorly maintained and didn’t drain well. The bed was comfortable and we had all the space we needed for our family of 7.

Good place to stay for a short trip. Close to nearby stores and restaurants. Only complaint was room service. Asked for new towels and trash bags at 9 am. At 11, items had still not arrived. Called the front desk and said they would be there shortly. 12 and nothing. We had to go look for housekeeping to get items.

Have to give a big shout out to Tobi! She is amazing. She alone makes the hotel special, from check in to check out-making sure guests have everything they need. Our room was well equipped and spacious. Exceeded expectations!

Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable.
