"A little disappointed, but it wasn't horrible. Our room had two broken tiles, one that was fully taped off with blue tape. The shower curtain needed replaced. Check-in took forever and it made me nervous when they took my credit card and driver license behind the wall. After 30 minutes trying to figure it out with expedia on the phone, the staff at ameristar decided to comp my room. Ill always be grateful to those employees and how great the room was.
