Had a hard time checking in on the virtual machine in the lobby. It took at least 15 minutes.The room was 129 on the lower level some what below ground level. The room was very damp. The bathroom had some mold.Couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to work. I have been on the road 65 days. The only thing good about this motel it was close to where I needed to be.I think Super 8 has gotten to be like motel 6.Both of these used to be fairly descent. But not anymore. I don’t stay at motel 6 anymore and this was probably my last trip to Super 8.

Wifi never worked, you can barely see staff in the hotel, if you missed cleaning room at 10 am, they are not making another round to clean. So if you want your room to be clean make sure leaving before 9 am.

It was okay for one night. Virtual check in during the busiest time was a joke. I was here for the World Cup so the prices were way over inflated. Parking was fine. There was no staff when I checked in. AC worked but was very loud. Clean sheets and towels.

This is a horrible experience staying in this hotel. We spent a premium price for this stay. (1) When Checking in, waited in front of a Kiosk where a person on screen from a remote location was helping other guests check-in, and that was taking hell lot of time; we had to wait longer than normal in the line and that was not a good initial experience. (2) A receptionist arrived and gave us the keys as we pre-checked-in; however the room keys did not work, tried couple of times, looks like the lady put room number 315 instead of 215. After almost 40 minutes we could enter our room since we arrived - the longest check in in my life so far. (3) In-room electrical outlets did not work; AC was noisy; not enough pillows (despite pre-check in request for extra pillows). (4) Next night when we came back from the game the room keys again did not work - again waiting in front of the kiosk, tried 2 times, and after 10-15mins wait new keys from the kiosk machine worked. Your re-entry to your booked room is not guaranteed !! (5) Poor breakfast selections- both days only biscuit-gravy, waffles, bread, some fruits and oatmeal. No eggs, bacon, or no other hot food options. (6) The lady in reception was rude with me when I spoke about not able to enter my room after scanning my room key cards - instead of helping/saying sorry - she talked to me rudely with a harsh voice and made unnecessary comments. I will not recommend this unless there is no other hotel rooms available nearby.
