"When I went to my room, the key didn’t work, after multiple tries. Went back to the office, they treated me like I was incompetent. The gave me a different room. As I was walking away, he told me of a trick to get the door open. There shouldn’t be a trick to get in my room!! Then the pipes under the sink leaked. I had a flood on the floor. I just left it alone, I didn’t want to switch rooms again. They stated in the app that they served breakfast, they did not. I will not stay in another Motel...

"This hotel was closed with doors locked and chained shut. They should have removed the ability to book through 3rd party. Very disappointing as I booked almost 2 hours before my arrival and was then forced to drive another hour. Chat was not helpful in getting this resolved."
