"Walking distance to the Whale Promenade; nice sunrise and sunset views; excellent buffet; friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful lobby. Lots of choices of specialized restaurants within hotel."

"The room was very clean, but has a moldy smell even with AC on constantly. Enjoyed the happy hour! Staff at the front desk and for cleaning are friendly and very helpful! Most of all, the location is very convenient: close to subway, local delicious foods, and shopping!"

"Very clean room, with 24hrs free flow coffee and ice cream. Will come back again"

"ライブのために1泊だけ宿泊しました。 英語も、ほぼ話せないしフロントではチンプンでしたが、何とかなりました(^O^;) お部屋はとても綺麗でシャワーブースとバスダブがあって、とっても使いやすくありがたかったです。 ち"

"Room is clean, staff are helpful and friendly. We chose family room but it is abit small. Buffet options are pretty good! Convenient location with many bus stops in short walking distance that bring us to many malls. Quiet and safe area. Great stay."
