"隔音非常差，一入住就聽到隔壁房的呻吟聲，不論是走廊還是隔壁房的動靜都聽得一清二楚，讓人覺得很不舒服。 早餐時段人多時，需要排隊刷卡，而且同行的人必須全部到齊才能一起入場。我理解這樣的安排是為了公平，也能避免客人為了等同伴而長時間佔用座位。不過，服務人員的說明不夠清楚，導致幾乎每一組客人都需要花時間聽解說，或是不斷來回詢問，整個流程顯得有些沒效率，也浪費不少時間。"

"客房服務居然找不出一把水果刀可以借！客房部說飯店內餐廳無法出借水果刀！早上去用早餐，一樓自助式早餐也是一把餐刀都沒有？ 房內並無小孩！沒有安全疑慮！第一次住宿飯店無刀可用！朋友送的當地水果只能徒手抓著啃！"
