"Staff were friendly and hospitable. Amenities were excellent! My family enjoyed the pool and game room. Also the bike trail was a great activity for the family to enjoy. Would definitely book Sheraton Coconut beach resort again. "

"We were surprised that a Wyndham property was not kept up better. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator. Fortunately maintenance carried our luggage up, since I have a heart condition. The room wasn’t in great condition, paint in the bathroom was peeling, the split AC unit was adequate, the room was considerably smaller than the posted photo and there was no luggage stand. We were initially told there was no other room on the first floor, then later we were told there was one but it didn’t have a view. Our luggage was already in the room so we opted to stay. The location was very convenient to restaurants and stores, but there were better hotels nearby that were only slightly more expensive."

"If be hounded by Time Share People is up your alley look no further! They will not leave you to a nice peaceful vacation, they will call you at all hours of the day and night trying to hook you into a 15% loan on a timeshare. Of the three units we had everyone needs a lot of love to bring back up to snuff, toilets not attached correctly, thermostats randomly decides to shut on and off. Location is nice but thats about it."

"Very nice hotel in an extremely convenient location - you are in the middle of Kauai with easy access to every part of the island. Across the street there is a grocery store, abc store and a lot of food places / ice cream. The hotel itself was clean, staff was very nice & easy to get a hold of. Very family friendly, there was a lot of kids. Pools were kept clean and there’s a beach you can walk to from the hotel. Very nice hotel &"

"Receiving the room code on the day people travel is not good. Phones are on airplane mode. The code should be given a few days before arrival or at least make it very clear that it is received in email and text on the arrival day. Both air conditioning units blew out black stuff that was disgusting."
