The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. It was difficult to take a shower with the sewer smell coming from the pipes. It did help eventually when we ran some water, but it was the stinkiest room I've ever stayed in. The rest was great.
