The owners, Lulu and Clive were so hospitable and you could tell the attention to detail from the unique, eclectic lobby to the courtyard with swimming pool. Out room was equally stunning. "Staying at the Corinthia Palace was such a treat. From the fantastic service to the amazing food. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & did not want to come home. The room was so spacious & comfortable, with a lovely sized balcony. Big, comfortable beds & a choice of pillows if needed. Even the slippers were comfortable. The pool was wonderful! The sun loungers were easily available… no sun-bed hogging is allowed. Large towels are supplied & cleared away afterwards. Staff are on hand offering...

"Nice hotel, well located off the main area in Valletta. Reception and rooftop pool staff very friendly. Room was nice, clean and large with good aircon, although it looked onto an internal courtyard so wasn’t very private and we had to have the curtains closed a lot of the time. Rooftop pool was very welcome in the extreme heat!"

"Sicuramente la gentilezza del personale fa la differenza, ma a mio parere andrebbe curata di più la manutenzione. Per essere un boutique hotel si notano, senza nemmeno troppo sforzo e attenzione dei lavori di ristrutturazione lasciati un po' a metà. Nel complesso la camera è piacevole anche se non molto spaziosa per essere una camera deluxe con balcone. La colazione non è molto varia in una settimana sono state riproposte sempre le stesse cose, praticamente assente il dolce."

"Nice staff. Continental breakfast was not to my liking but would be for most people. Had a varied choice though. I was in the grande suite and the noise levels were unbearable. Constant beeping if cars and could hear the bars. Did not sleep much. I only mentioned this to the manager on checking out as thought there was no point in complaining as they only had one grand suite which I’d pay for. Would not stay here again. Room was nice.
