Good for chilling in the sun.

The hotel is nice and the staff likewise. It's right on the beach (which is not that nice) and 20 meters into the ocean there's a small collection of corals with heaps of fish. The area is not that exciting but you can easily rent a scooter from the hotel and get around on your own.

Wonderful

Me and my girlfriend had an absolutely amazing time. Max (hotel manager) and his staff made our stay the most perfect get away in one of the coolest parts of the island. We will be back!!!

Hôtel dans la moyenne sans plus (coût/prestations)

Hôtel difficile à trouver, même pour notre chauffeur, il est situé dans un chemin limite carrossable . L'immeuble relativement récent est situé en bord de mer , le cadre est sympa avec la plage de galet et les pirogues balinaises à balanciers. Chambre propre située au bord de la piscine mais pas de réfrigérateur ni de bouilloire à thé/café ni de coffre, la climatisation est limite .... Le wifi est très faible voir inexistant, pour "surfer" il faut se rapprocher de la salle de restauration donc sortir de la chambre. La piscine à débordement qui paraît très sympathique n'est pas utilisable, le niveau d'eau est trop bas donc filtration quasi nulle, très nombreuses impuretés à la surface (insectes morts, plumes, etc...), température avoisinant les 33° et filtration coupée de 19h00 à 08h00 !!!! Le service de blanchisserie est à éviter sur 11 vêtements donnés 4 T-Shirts et 1 pantalon sont HS, il ont été ébouillantés et ont déteints .... Bref !!!!!

Average hotel.

On our arrival to the hotel in Amed, they had no booking for us! They were fully booked for our first night so had to send us next door. We then moved back to Amed Beach Resort for the remainder of our stay. Can't understand why they had no booking as we had the paperwork with us that said 'The reservation is booked. No need to call us to reconfirm this reservation'. Not sure whether the lack of booking was the fault of Expedia or Amed Beach Resort. We found the air conditioning was ineffective. Upon requesting a cocktail we were advised no alcoholic beverages were available only beer. Even though their drinks menu included a number of cocktails and wines, these were not available. Continual barking from dogs nearby was very annoying.

Privilégié les chambres avec salle de bain fermées car quand c'est à ciel ouvert c'est très difficile à Refroidir, l'air climatisé n'est pas assez fort. pour l'apnée, vous devez marcher 15 minutes vers la gauche quand vous êtes face à l'hôtel côté de la mer.

Suite à une erreur de leur part(ils ont reçu 2 réservations différentes dans un même mail) je n'ai pas séjourné dans cet hôtel mais le réceptionniste m'a trouvé une suite avec vue sur l'océan dans un autre hôtel ( Bobby's villa) qui était bien ( par rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver à Amed) L'hôtel à l'air bien et bien situé mais je vous conseille de les contacter quand même pour confirmer votre réservation

Enjoyable hotel

Hotel is a way from the main bays and beaches. Needed a scooter to get around. Staff we're lovely, very basic hotel room. No fridge or safe in basic room.

On ne peut pas être plus près de la mer

L'arrivée est déconcertante car il n'y a pas d'entrée par la rue, on arrive par la plage. L'accueil est très chaleureux, l'hôtel très propre et bien tenu, restaurant agréable et ventilé. Six chambres flambant neuves sont en cours d'installation. Nous avons passé 4 nuits et ne nous sommes pas ennuyés, il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire autour de Amed (Tirta Gangga, waterPalace, joli marché d'Amlapura, plongée....) Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel.

Pour une nuit ça ira, Il y a des Hôtels mieux équipés et zen à Amed, L'hôtel est en cours de travaux pour agrandissement, Il y a des chiens qui aboient jusqu'à 2h du matin et les coqs prennent le relais à partir de 4h ce n'est pas calme sachant que la chambre donne sur une piscine et sur la mer, Les massages ne sont pas vraiment relaxant car ils sont fait sur un transat par des balinaise du coin, En conclusion aller dans un autre hotel :(

Hotel is close to sea, nice view from balcony. Good breakfast. Room Interiour a bit poor, no bed lamps for reading, no chairs, no fridge and lockers to all doors need to be repaired.

Vous serez un peu désemparés à votre arrivée. Une espece de parking sabloneux, un mur en parpaing et béton derriere lequel on s'attend à trouver n'importe quoi sauf un hotel! Et pourtant on arrive vite sur l'endroit de villegiature plutot mignon avec des chambres qui donnent plein feux sur l'ocean indien! A ce sujet, votre premiere nuit risque d'etre un peu mouvementée, ayant l'impression que les vagues vont rentrer dans la chambre, mais des la 2eme tout se passe beaucoup mieux. On vous recommande vivement d'assister au lever de soleil qui est simplement somptueux! Pour le resto, on a eu un peur au début avec des nappes pas très propres mais on y a finalement mangé plusieurs fois et nous n'avons jamais été malades, aucun.probleme donc! Bref un endroit un peu roots et detente loin des standards habituels mais où le manager viendra peut etre prendre son repas avec vous à la cool. Pas de pression et endroit propice aux echanges avec les autres residents! Un bon souvenir.

Un joli petit hôtel juste au bord de la mer avec une piscine agréable. Très peu de chambres donc calme et intimiste. Un petit restaurant dans l'hôtel permet de se restaurer. Le gros point négatif serait sur les abords de l'hôtel, pas du tout entretenus, presque abandonnés.
