"The room was clean, but that’s about it. The main issue is the disconnect between how this hotel is advertised and what it actually is. It’s a fine, middle of the road 3 star with a decent view (ish) and uncomfortable beds, and a number of other annoying but minor flaws. It is not a five star or anything close to that. There is just no objective reality to that claim. The experience made me question the reliability of hotels.com’s system for rating and ensuring accuracy. For a mid to low 3 star...

"This was an our first time to Crete. This hotel is so lovely, clean, the pools are really lovely and the staff were all excellent. The room was clean and had a little kitchen area. We will definitely go back to this hotel again."

"Perfect hotel! This hotel is run by a couple and their daughter. We received a warm welcome and our check-in went very smoothly! "Wir hatten zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 11 Jahre) ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. An der Poolbar gab es einfaches, aber leckeres Frühstück für jeden Geschmack, auch den restlichen Tag wurden Speisen jederzeit frisch zubereitet. Und besonders gut haben uns die Cocktails gefallen, die von dem freundlichen Barkeeper zubereitet wurden. Der Sandstrand fängt nach 1-2 Minuten Fußweg an, direkt am Hotel ist es felsig. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! "
