"Pictures don’t match reality or even come close. Restaurant was closed with no notice for renovations. Partial and limited menu and hours offered through the back of a secondary hall building. Rooms are very outdated. Animal hair embedded in the carpet. No amenities at all. Will not be back."

"Our family of four (2 year old; 8 year old) drove 2.5 hours one way to get there and when i got there they told me that they were closed! I then drove 2.5 hours back home. Very dosapointed that they did not have the reservation through expedia. I understand that it was during the province was re-opening for Covid19, but why was the property advertising through expedia? "Had a great stay at Claramount club! The hotel was really central to all Prince Edward County has to offer. The room was well decorated. The amenities were awesome - I loved that the gym had so many different equipment. The live music at the restaurant, the Foundry was also really enjoyable. "
