Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel als mittelmäßig bewerten. Die Kissen sind fleckig, der Haartrockner ist veraltet und für langes Haar nicht geeignet. Die Duschkabine ist schimmelig, der Duschkopf verkalkt, und der Vorhang könnte eine Wäsche vertragen, usw. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, es gibt wenig Gemüse im Angebot. Für das Parken muss man extra bezahlen, was nirgendwo angegeben war. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut, aber klein. Die Lage des Hotels ist jedoch sehr gut, es liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort.

Bed bug photos

Very much sffered from bed bug biting all night but no change of room or any applogy from the hotel. They have requested to take photos of bugs even showed the body photos bitten all over by bed bugs. The hotel service and room faclities are under the standard comapred to other 4 star hotels. Would not recommend if you want sleep ok. 벼룩이 많아서 잠 못자요.

A very nice relaxing Hotel

A very nice relaxing Hotel, a bit far from the center but the surrounding views are extraordinary. we stayed for one night and it was relaxing. the Pool and wellness center are amazing. would totally recommend it for a long stay.

Am Rande der Kuroase Karlovy Vary gelegen, ist das Richmond ein wahres Kleinod mit allen Vorteilen, die wir uns wünschten. Der angekündigte Park ist wirklich ein Park, die Zimmergrösse ist beeindruckend, das SPA-Angebot erstklassig, dasPersonal ist freundlich und kompetent. Alles ist sehr komfortabel.

mixed thoughts about my stay

The rooms and building are beautiful however the spa treatments and the staff working there seemed rigid as if working for a mental institution. The aesthetician on the ground floor was the only pleasant one.

Hotel je v klidném prostředí, obklopen parkem. Prostorný, čistý a vkusně zařízený pokoj, koupelna a toaleta plně upravena pro potřeby vozíčkáře (madla u mísy i umyvadla, sedačka v prostorné sprše). Dva výtahy, velký bazén. Personál hotelu i restaurace profesionální a vstřícný. Doporučujeme pobyt.

Maximální spokojenost

Maximální spokojenost - hotel v hezkém a klidném prostředí, velmi dobré vybavení hotelu a pokoje, profesionální přístup personálu. Potřebovali jsme pokoj plně upravený pro vozíčkáře. V Richmondu pokoj č. 443 je vyhovující - dostatečně prostorný, přístup na vozíku i k posteli. V koupelně rozměrný sprchový kout se sedačkou, kolem toalety madla (vedle mísy může být málo místa pro rozměrnější vozíky). V hotelu je i bazén, přístup k bazénu i pro vozíčkáře, ale není k dispozici sedačka pro spuštění do vody. Vstřícný personál hotelu i restaurace. Pro méně zdatné vozíčkáře může být obtížný přístup k hotelu - poměrně strmý příjezd od parku.

Very pleased

We were very pleased by the Park Richmond. We found the service to be excellent. Our room was large, pleasant, and very clean. We had full board and the meals were excellent. The grounds of the hotel are magnificient, even in Winter and Karlsbad is only a ten minute walk. We highly recommend this hotel.
