Great apartment!!!

This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!

The apartment was roomy, comfortable, modern and supplied with ample kitchen utensils. Good location. Parking limited. No concierge; non-contact registering leaves you without anyone to offer immediate assistance. Malfunctioning RFID (electronic) keypad locked us out of our apartment on our last night and left us sleeping on the hallway floor with no bathroom facilities available; calls to SEEGER emergency assistance proved useless. Expedia was of no help. Wouldn't risk a repeat.

SEEGER Living Premium Downtown

La chambre donnait accès sur le tramway et il était très difficile de s'endormir avec le bruit des tramways qui ne s’arrêtent jamais, même pas la nuit. Autre point négatif, l'absence de volets ou de rideaux occultant qui laissent rentrer la lumière des luminaires la nuit, et le soleil dans la journée. J'ai pu aussi regretter l'absence de four micro onde. Sinon, super appartement propre et grand.

Habe in den letzten 2 Jahren bereits mehrfach diese Haus gebucht und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es gab bisher nie einen Grund zur Beschwerde. Ein kleiner Hinweis an den Betreiber. Gläser und Bestecke sollten von der Anzahl her mal wieder angepasst werden. 4 Teller, 3 Gabeln, 2 Teelöffel - nur so mal als kleiner Hinweis. Die Sauberkeit der Räume überzeugen jedoch auf ganzer Linie.

Das Hotel war alles andere als Premium living. Unser Zimmer hat Schimmel überall und für 2 Personen hat das Hotel 1 Kopfkissen und 1 Decke zur Verfügung gestellt. Horror.

Unsere Unterkunft wirkte brandneu, blitzsauber und war von Seife über mehrere Handtücher, Geschirr, Kaffee und Tee bis Spüli wunderbar ausgestattet. Der Kundenservice per Messenger war schnell, hilfreich und überaus freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Einzige Mängel sind vielleicht die Fensterausrichtung zu einem Schulhof hin sowie die Schwierigkeiten einen geeigneten Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden (nur mit Parkschein und meist auf 1-2 h Parkzeit begrenzt). Ich würde es sowohl als Hotelersatz wie auch fürs Wohnen auf Zeit empfehlen.
