Excellent Room, Helpful staff, comfortable stay
It was excellent stay at prime square hotel. Room was neat, clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful. The property has restaurant at top floor with excellent food. We had taken stop while travelling from Theur to Siddhatek.

Worst and pathetic staff services against the cost paid. Food was extremely horrible. The staff was so arrogant in asking the payment of the food as if guest would run away without payment.

Cockroaches in kitchen bathroom and rooms. The helping staff is very odd, its as if you are a hindrance in their space. Very odd feeling while staying there. Only USP is the location.
